Things you may want to know

Cancellation of Classes (Group Class)

  • For cancellation of classes made within 12 hours before the training starts, full fees will be applied.

  • For cancellation of classes made by coaches, the court will be free for you to use.

​

  • You may invite your friends to join if the court is free for you to play. (Shuttlecocks will not be provided)

​​

  • If a lesson is missed, you will have to replace it within a month. For cancellations made within 12 hours, an MC will be required for makeup lessons.

​

  • Lessons will be conducted as per-normal even on public holidays/school holidays, unless stated otherwise.

​

  • Maximum class size will be 4-6 pax, with 2 slots reserved for lesson replacement.

​

  • If you wish to stop training, a month's notice is required. 

​

​

Cancellation of Classes (Private Class)

  • For cancellation of classes made within 12 hours before the training starts, full fees will be applied.

​

  • For cancellation of classes made within 24 hours before the training starts, half fees will be applied.

​

  • For cancellation of classes made within 16 days before the training, court fees will be applied at $10/hour. If a replacement lesson is scheduled, the previous court fees will be waived. 

​

  • For cancellation of classes made by coaches, the court will be free for you to use.​

​

  • If 3 or more lessons were cancelled/stopped within 30 days, full fees for one lesson will be charged or a replacement can be done. If put into effect, the court fees for the 3 lessons will be waived.​

​

  • Lessons will be conducted as per normal even on public holidays/school holidays, unless stated otherwise.​

​

  • If you wish to stop training, a month's notice is required. 

Payment

  • Payment for Private Classes will be collected on the before the month of training.  (First month will be collected upfront)​​

​

  • Group Class fees will be collected on the first lesson of the package. ​​

​

  • No fees shall be refunded, unless agreed and approved by management under special cases that will be handled on a case by case basis.
